When visiting Comfort Suites Madison West for a conference, we were delighted by the cleanliness of the rooms and the tasty complimentary breakfast. the friendly staff even allowed us to extend our stay hassle-free. the hotel's convenient location near businesses and shopping spots made our stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail in the bathrooms was impressive, showcasing a level of cleanliness rarely seen in hotels. the spacious room layout and comfortable beds made our family of 5 feel right at home. the pool and hot tub were larger than expected, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Although the front desk experience had a few hiccups with credit card payments, the staff member went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted out to our satisfaction. Overall, Comfort Suites Madison West provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent amenities like the pool, hot tub, and complimentary breakfast. the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff make it a great choice for both business travelers and families alike.
